Landhotel Altes Zollhaus

Our country-side hotel is located in the Eastern Erzgebirge near the Czech border. Our traditional country-side hotel is surrounded with forests and meadows. Enjoy the carefree nature here.
The tradition of the romantic hotel zollhaus starts in the year 1658, as at a street from Bohemia to Saxony an old customs station was built.

Today the old Hotel Zollhaus is a comfortable location with best service.

Our Hotel is located near Freiberg (Saxony). It’s an very quiet and beautiful landscape area.

Hiking tours starting at the Hotel Zollhaus to the near environment of the Erzgebirge and hiking tours to the Czech Republic are described separately.

You can find the old Hotel Zollhaus in very quiet place on the peaks of the Eastern Erzgebirge in brief 800 metres altitude. The Hotel is surrounded by a 60.000 square metres big meadow and forest area with own sources, a forest lake and hiking and bicycling paths.

Our spa entrance of the wooded area adapted sauna is open from 16:00 bis 21:00 clock clock and is chargeable. After complete transformation of the former sauna area, a new exclusive spa area over 140 square meters has been created. The overall design was designed according to the criteria to bring soul and mind in harmony with nature. 4 different saunas await our guests:

Herbal Steam Sauna
Hay infrared sauna

In addition, a heat bank with a foot bath and a beautifully landscaped quiet room. Particular attention should be designed in the form of infrared horse stalls hay, which can
