A new apartment building located in the centre of the Gràcia district, next to one of the city's markets. Abohemian, cultural and traditional atmosphere in which to discover the most authentic of Barcelonas.
You choose between 4 types of a diferents appartments, deluxe appartemnt with terrace, deluxe, executive and standard. All apartments are equipped with free wifi, intercom door system, washing machine/dryer, individual air conditioning and heating, television, safe box, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, complimentary bath toiletries, bedding and Towels . Also have kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob,fridge, toaster, coffee maker, cooking pots and pans, plates and cutlery, kettle.
Pets are allowed and the establishment offers free entry to the Barcelona Egyptian Museum.
*Only 2 apartments per booking / locator allowed. From 3 is considered as a group with a different cancellation policies.
*Stays of 6 or more nights include a general cleaning. The last day, the kitchen should be completely arranged.
*A DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AS A GUARANTEE FOR ANY POTENTIAL DAMAGE.
