The equipment is fitted with monitors allowing you to enjoy wi-fi internet access and even watch TV. The Kinesis Personal Heritage training wall provides a variety of ways to achieve an effective full-body workout.
Spa – a chance to really relax
The sauna area, with a steam bath and a Finnish dry sauna, is usually open from 5 - 11 pm, but can be opened earlier by special request. Please allow approximately 30 minutes heat-up time. Hand towels are available for your use and we are happy to lend you a bathrobe if required.
After your sauna you can chill out on one of the comfortable loungers in our relaxation room. A water fountain and tea are available for your refreshment.
