Behind a traditional, half-timbered facade lies an establishment with modern design and a very unique signature: almost all rooms afford views over the rooftops of Adelsdorf. Our Franconian hotel has been family owned for over 300 years.
Our kitchen serves traditional, seasonal Franconian fare, but also offers international and sophisticated vegetarian creations. The restaurant consists of several cozy sections, an outdoor terrace and a beer garden. It is also wheelchair accessible.

Exit Forchheim Süd, turn left direction Forchheim, at teh traffic light direction Höchstadt/Aisch B 470, through Burk/Wimmelbach/Oesdorf, continuing towards the sign direction Adelsdorf (right), within the village along the Hauptstraße, after the church turn left.
