Insgesamt positive Erfahrung. Insbesondere die Tagungsbetreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Auch das Essen war lecker und das Küchenpersonal ganz zauberhaft.
Trotzdem ist eine erneute Buchung unwahrscheinlich. Das liegt an meiner Erfahrung im Vorfeld der Tagung. Hier war das Personal sehr prinzipientreu, was die Storno eines einzelnen Zimmer betraf. Das kenne ich bei einem Umsatz von über 5.000 Euro für eine halbtägige Veranstaltung und noch mal 640 Euro Extra-Umsatz durch weitere Teilnehmende anders. Mir ist bewusst, dass die Verantwortung hier bei uns liegt. Ich hätte mir an der Stelle Kulanz gewünscht und Kundenfreundlichkeit.
Des weiteren mussten acht Stehtische extern organisiert werden und schlugen mit 560 Euro zu Buche.
