The GREFIS Hotel is a brand new lifestyle and business hotel with a clear design language and is located very close to Munich, in Gräfelfing. It has 108 stylish rooms divided into four categories: 84 business and comfort rooms and 24 junior suites, which are additionally equipped with a high-quality kitchenette to create a pleasant living ambience even during longer stays. The breakfast buffet, the use of the high-quality fitness area and WIFI internet access are already included in the overnight rate.

In addition, a special highlight awaits all wellness and event guests during their stay. The amenities in the spa area, including steam bath, finnish and bio sauna as well as vertical Kneipp walk, ice fountain, relaxation room and a heated rooftop pool invite you to linger and guarantees a very special atmosphere for extraordinary MICE events.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway A96 (exit Gräfelfing) and is also very well connected to the public transport network with a bus stop directly in front of the building. Within 30 minutes you can easily reach the main train station by suburban train (S6), subway or bus. Also for international trade fair visitors of the ICM Munich the hotel is the perfect choice. Parking spaces are available - also for bus transfer.

Especially attractive are the light-flooded and multifunctional meeting rooms on the ground floor, which can be divided into two large separate rooms (100 sqm each). Sufficient highspeed internet is available to all event guests. Both rooms WORKS ONE and WORKS TWO offer the newest conference technology, with ClickShare function, digital flipcharts and a 98 inch presentation screen each - perfect for videocalls or modern workshops. Events can accommodate up to 199 people. A comfortable coffee break area and additional workstations located directly in front of the meeting rooms allow efficient schedules and provide additional space for casual group work. A separate meeting room (WORKS THREE) with an integrated coffee machine is available for small meetings of up to 10 people. Attractive conference packages complete the overall offer.

Culinary is particularly important at the GREFIS Hotel and the chef meets high demands with creative dishes in the in-house restaurant THE CLUB. Regional and local dishes are served to conference guests at lunchtime and in the evening either as a buffet or à la carte.
