These recently refurbished apartments are well situated, just 10 minutes walking from the main beach and the centre of Playa de las Americas. These apartments are mostly duplex style and will appeal to guests who enjoy the freedom offered by a self-catering holiday and like to be close to the heart of a busy resort with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife.The Barranco complex features all the elements for a relaxing sunshine holiday, with a freshwater swimming pool (heated), sun terraces (with an additional rooftop sunbathing area), restaurant-snack bar, bar and pub. Please note that the studios do not have a balcony or a terrace. All rooms have a TV with UK channels and WIFI is available at a local charge.Not recommended for those with walking difficulties due to the design of the majority of studios and apartments in this complex.Important information. A compulsory refundable damage deposit of 100,00EUR per room has to be paid on arrival.Cleaning There is a compulsory payment of 40EUR- which must be paid directly to the hotel on arrival- for cleaning on departure day. There is no cleaning of rooms during the stay.Guests who wish their rooms to be cleaned during their stay must be 40EUR for each clean that they require-direct payment- to the hotel.Please note that some facilities may incur extra local charges.
