In meiner gesamten 20 Jährigen Erfahrung ist so ein unprofessionelles Verhalten noch nie vorgekommen. Obwohl ich eine Vertragsvereinbarung hatte, in der eine Zahlung auf Gesamtrechnung vereinbart war, mussten meine Kollegen beim Check-in sofort bezahlen, sonst hätten sie ihren Schlüssel nicht bekommen. Die Art und Weise grenzte an Erpressung. Nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten erklärte man mir nur, dass das jetzt eben so sei und keine andere Möglichkeit bestünde. Im Allgemeinen haben wir bei AL-KO Richtlinien zur Vorkasse und wäre das vorab erklärt worden, da der Vertrag seit März bestand, hätten wir darauf reagieren können. So standen die Kollegen da und mussten spontan über 1000 Euro aus eigener Tasche bezahlen. Wir haben die IHG Hotels & Resorts nach dem Vorfall für die globale DexKo Group auf Blacklist gesetzt. Da auch Aloom auf Nachfrage keine Hilfe angeboten hat, werden wir auch über die Plattform nicht mehr buchen.
